Free Returns

We offer complimentary returns on all eligible UK orders within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label at no additional cost.
Simply repackage your item securely and drop it off at your nearest courier location.

Exceptions

1. Incorrect or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

2. Product Defects
If you believe your product is defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or store credit.
